Driving directions from Burbank Airport: Follow signs to take I-5 south, then take SR 134 east. Exit to SR 110/California Blvd, and bear left onto California. Turn right on S Los Robles Ave, then turn left on Alpine St. Turn right on S Oak Knoll Ave, and the hotel is on the right.

Driving directions from Los Angeles International Airport: Follow signs to take I-105 east, then take I-110 north. Continue on SR 110 north until the end of the freeway. Turn right on E Glenarm Street, then turn right on S El Molino Ave. Turn left on Elliott Drive, then right on S Oak Knoll Ave, and the hotel is on the right.

The main building includes 256 deluxe and deluxe corner guestrooms, 36 Club Level guestrooms and Club suites and the Tournament of Roses Suite. Deluxe guestrooms feature one king or two double beds.

Separate from the main building, seven bungalows, the Lanai Building, Royce Manor, and Clara Vista offer residential-style accommodations:

The bungalows were constructed in the early 1920s to accommodate guests who were staying for extended periods of time. Out of the original 30 bungalows, eight still exist, offering a selection of suites and deluxe guestroom accommodations.

Royce Manor was built in the early 1920s to serve as the home of the hotel's general manager. It now houses 16 guestrooms, including two Ritz-Carlton Suites, both featuring working fireplaces.

The Lanai Building was built in the late 1960s to accommodate the increasing demand for guestrooms. It replaced two of the older cottages, and now provides guestrooms, most with balconies or patios overlooking the swimming pool and Picture Bridge.

Clara Vista opened as a leisure and executive retreat in late summer of 1997. As a showcase retreat, it is perfectly suited for executive retreats and small meetings. Clara Vista features two deluxe guestrooms, a luxury suite and the presidential suite.

The Lobby Lounge - The Lobby Lounge offers afternoon tea Thursday through Sunday. Floor-to-ceiling windows afford views of The Horseshoe Garden and San Marino.

The Dining Room - This venue is representative of traditional Ritz-Carlton style. A contemporary American menu is featured.

The Terrace - An outdoor terrace offers alfresco dining with a view of the Picture Bridge or the swimming pool. Casual.

The Terrace - Also a part of The Terrace, the bar is open nightly; cocktails and live entertainment presented Saturday evenings (popular rhythm- and-blues bands featured).

Amenity highlights: The hotel offers three tennis courts, an Olympic-sized pool, a health club, and two restaurants. A full-service day spa offers 17 treatment rooms.
